Barbara Montgomery O'Connell

Barbara Montgomery O’Connell specializes in watercolors of buildings. To date she had logged-in over 1,200 commissions, mainly of homes. It was her fascination with architecture – especially historic structures – that sparked her interest as a young girl growing up in Richmond, VA. She attended The Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, FL where she learned the skills of perspective in drawing class and watercolor in painting class. She has a line of notecards depicting historic sites in Delray Beach and Boca Raton and occasionally does the cover for the Palm Beach Real Estate Guide. She also works in oil and in pen & ink.
