Catherine Helowicz

My background started at the age of seventeen working for  the National Security Agency (NSA), which took me abroad for eight of my almost twenty years with them.

I have always enjoyed writing and created stories as a young child during the lazy days of summer.  I released a children’s book in 2004 (which was inspired by one of my nephews and my Dad who had just passed away).  Along with the book, I also created a great companion workbook that helps with reading comprehension.

I am currently working on a spy thriller series (which is where my true writing desire is!) I have several other projects in the works as well.

“On Grandpop’s Lap” is a story about a young boy and his love for his Grandpop. A true story that was written for my Dad and my nephew Zachary. On Grandpop’s Lap is available with Book and Brain questions – a reading and learning booklet.
You can find it on Amazon.com.
