As a mixed media artist, my work is a dynamic exploration of transformation, empowerment, and feminine power. I embrace the fluidity of materials, blending traditional mediums with unconventional elements to push the boundaries of artistic expression. My art is deeply personal, yet universally resonant, drawing from my experiences as a Haitian-American woman navigating identity, culture, and growth.

Inspired by the forces of nature, mysticism, and the complexity of human emotion, my pieces are meant to evoke a visceral response. I invite viewers to engage with the layers of texture, color, and symbolism, allowing each person to find their own story within the artwork. By incorporating different materials, I create a visual dialogue between the known and the unknown, the seen and the unseen.

At the heart of my work is a celebration of evolution—both personal and collective. My art speaks to the beauty in transformation, the courage in embracing change, and the power in reclaiming one’s narrative. Whether I’m using sand from my homeland in Haiti, fabrics that evoke memories, or bold, vibrant colors that reflect my inner world, my goal is to inspire others to explore the untold stories within themselves.

Ultimately, my art is about freedom—freedom to create without limitations, freedom to express without fear, and freedom to discover new ways of seeing and being. Through my work, I hope to encourage others to not only appreciate the beauty in the unfamiliar but also to find empowerment in their own journeys of self-discovery.
