Emilia Chang

Emilia Chang is an Ecuadorian multidisciplinary artist currently splitting her time between Boca Raton and Chicago. Her work is inspired by color, everyday objects, and Latin American folklore. Through illustration, hard-edge painting, and surface patterns, she creates bold and colorful works showcasing the beauty in the often overlooked mundane.

Through the implementation of a variety of supports, Emilia’s work is in constant evolution. She enjoys painting on anything from canvas to leather to walls, as well as recycled materials such as glass bottles and jars. She also screen-prints, embroiders, and hand-paints on apparel such as t-shirts, tote bags, and shoes.

Emilia is always available for commissions for art pieces, murals, functional art (i.e. furniture and home decor), and for private and public workshops.
