An artist of both lens and brush, Erica Lorenzo-Romeu creates work that blurs the boundary between photography and painting. Her fine art photography informs her approach to oil and acrylic painting, where she composes each canvas as if framed through a camera—cropped, magnified, and distilled into moments of quiet intensity.

Currently based in Boca Raton, I have lived in Miami, Georgia, Los Angeles, and Oklahoma, each place adding its own layer to my artistic journey. Whether through photography, drawing, or etching, my practice is rooted in observing details others might pass by, transforming them into lasting works of art that feel both intimate and expansive.
