When I first began sculpting with wool, I was eager to get started. I ran out to the local craft store and purchased whatever supplies they had. Ten years later, I can safely say, that there is a big difference between craft store wool and wool sourced from a farm. I’ve also learned, the best work isn’t rushed, it’s enjoyed.
I love creating art, and felting with a needle is my passion. I love working with beautiful wool and creating memorable sculptures. Whether it’s a portrait of a beloved pet or a fantasy owl, my work is certainly my own. There is a common thread that carries through each exciting piece, and it is all mine. I feel my style is complete, but my technique grows with every work.
My art is my livelihood. I wake each morning to a wonderful cup of specially brewed coffee from my Husband, and then head right into my studio. I work all day, and if I had my way, all night. I love creating. It doesn’t matter what it is, my mind and hands instinctively go in the right direction. When the piece is complete, I am so proud to reveal it.

Locally you can find my work at the Flagler Museum, Palm Beach, FL in the gift shop. Other locations include Zelda Zen in Fells Point, MD Florida CraftArt in St Petersburg, FL and Wonderland Easthampton MA. I accept commission work and show every two weeks online on Facebook with Artistic Souls Gallery (An online Auction).
