Hannah-Joy Sutherland

I am a self taught multimedia artist. Born and raised in Florida. I currently make acrylic paintings along with digital art. Currently attending college for an Associates Degree in Graphic Design and Technology. I left my job on December 31, 2021, and started a new journey to being a full-time artist. As a cashier when I had an artistic idea I took receipt paper and wrote it down so I could tackle it later. Day after day, I realized that my time and how I spent it was more important to me than money so I knew I had to leave. I threw myself into the artworld to find wonderful and different opportunities I didn’t know existed. Right now my art style is whatever I want it to be. I believe in the freedom that I feel when I create. I don’t believe because “I am young that I have time” I believe the time is now. I want to live and strive to live now. I am inspired by other artists around me as well as my own life story. I currently work at Zero Empty Spaces as a fulltime artist.
