Isabel Alcantara

Isabel Alcántara is a flamenco bailaora (dancer), producer, and founder of Severin Flamenco, based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Of Cuban and German heritage, she brings an international perspective to her artistic practice and a deep conection to Spanish culture developed through years of living, studying, and performing in Spain. Her flamenco training has taken place in both the United States and Madrid, where she studied flamenco at Escuela de Danza Clamores and Amor de Dios Centro de Arte Flamenco. She has performed flamenco in South Florida, including as a soloist, and has participated in cultural events celebrating Spanish traditions. Through Severin Flamenco, Isabel complements her work as a dancer by producing and developing flamenco programming that connects artists and audiences across the United States and Spain.
