Joanne MacLeod

Joanne Baker MacLeod has a Fine Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a major in commercial art. She has won many awards for her oil paintings of animals, people, flowers, and landscapes. During the 14 years Joanne lived on the North Shore of Boston, she was a member the Haverhill, Danvers, Rockport, Gloucester, and Middleton Art Societies. Later as a resident of Charleston, South Carolina, Joanne was a member of the Charleston Artist Guild. Joanne relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida, 27 years ago. For a few of those years she was a member of the Artists’ Showplace Co-op Gallery in Lake Worth Beach and the Wellington Art Society.

Joanne is a current member of the Lake Worth Art League. Joanne has been in many one and two-man art shows. Her art has been featured in Wellington Art Walks and Fall Flings. The Wellington City Hall and Art in Public Places has often exhibited Joanne’s work. Her art is in private collections in California, Michigan, Massachusetts, New York, South Carolina, Washington State, and Florida.
