Rich Miller

I have worked in many media, but primarily I am a painter. My recent work has been very large abstract paintings. I try to capture a mid-century look with a South Florida vibe.

I started my company Palm Beach Modern Art to market my artwork to designers and architects in South Florida.

I do commission work. I design my own framing.

I was born and grew up on the 3rd coast, along Lake Michigan in Door County Wisconsin. I was drawing by age 4 and have been ever since. I starting out studying limnology [study of freshwater lake science] in college. I later switched majors and received a Fine Art Degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. During the long winters, when not out ice fishing, or skiing, I painted. Finally, frustrated with the beautiful but short Wisconsin summers, my wife Penny and I moved to Palm Beach, Florida.
