highly competitive juried designer show house.
Rose has taught art and design to both children and young adults. She has successfully guided
college bound high school students in preparing their portfolios for college
admission review and acceptance.
After decades of designing for others, Rose returned to her love of working in clay.
Inspired by the snake shape and its symbolism, Rose gained acceptance into
several gallery exhibitions. However, during the Covid lock down, access to the
pottery studio was not possible. It was during this confinement time that Rose
began drawing serpentine images for future use on her ceramic pieces. These
drawings were exhibited at a fund-raising event where her 2D work was strongly
encouraged. Rose is driven to work both in clay and on paper pursuing her
passion for the serpentine form.
