Samira Sowan

I am Palestinian American I am a water color and acrylic painter. I reside in south Florida.

I started painting at an early age when I was living in Kuwait.
At high school, I participated in several art shows and got prizes.

Later on I attended the Sorbonne University in Paris to study Liberal Arts. Several years later, I went to London to study Interior Decoration.

In 2014 I published my first book, Out of Reach by Layla Noor, a memoir about my life.

My passion for painting lived with me in-spite of moving to several countries around the world.

When I settled in Florida, I decided to devote my time to paintings, so I opened my little studio at home.

Painiting is an amazing feeling, it takes you to a joyful and peaceful journey.
