Schoolhouse Children's Museum

The Schoolhouse Children’s Museum strives to inspire and engage children and families to explore, play, learn and discover through creative, interactive learning opportunities that integrate the arts, humanities and sciences in cultural and historical settings.

Located at 129 E. Ocean Avenue in Boynton Beach, the museum features two floors of interactive exhibits that offer young children hours of exploration, education, fun and play. In addition to its exhibits, the museum offers weekly programming and is a popular destination for birthday parties. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Housed in a historic building originally constructed in 1913 as one of Boynton Beach’s first schools, the museum opened in 2001 and continues to serve as a hub for family learning and fun.
