Palm Beach County Main Library
The Main Library opened to the public in 1972. It became both the central library for the county and served as the administrative headquarters. The library has undergone two expansions over the last 30 years, increasing building size over 25,000 sq. ft. The Main Library celebrated its 40th year of operation in November 2012.
