West Palm Beach Center for Arts & Technology

The mission of the West Palm Beach Center for Arts & Technology (WPBCAT) is to be innovative in our approach to inspire, motivate, and prepare youth and adults for career opportunities and success through arts and job training programs. WPB-CAT has adopted the philosophies of Manchester Bidwell Center: “Make the Impossible possible.” “Realize the genius in everyone!”
